Berwick Pa near Jonestown Mountain 1995 - While lying in bed watching TV the witness describes hearing large footsteps and branches breaking 25 yards for his house.  The dogs then began to bark and go crazy.  The creature then let out a high pitched scream silencing the dogs.  The creature began to walk towards his neighbors house 3/4 of a mile further back in the woods and possiby heading back to Jonestown Mountain. 

 

Bradford County – Near Sayre Pa during the 1990s a witness had a close encounter. While traveling to his girlfriend’s house in his lifted truck, the witness observed a 9ft tall Bigfoot walking alongside the road.  The witness came within 10 yards of the creature using his high beams.  The witness also spoke of a friend who seen a creature standing late a night while on a neighbors front porch while asking for help for his car that was stuck in a ditch during winter.  The witness later found a set of tracks leading into the woods.  The witness also spoke of a couple who had an encounter on the same road as him.  The couple saw a Bigfoot standing and observed it walking back down into a creek bed.

A witness saw a potential Bigfoot cross a road roughly 50 yards in front of him near the state game lands.

Bradford County – While tracking deer late at night a man describes hearing weird breathing.  The creature began to run through the woods breaking branches and covering a hundred plus yards in a matter of seconds.

 

Bradford Pa Early 1990's  - The witness and a friend were cutting firewood and went to retrieve it later at night.  Upon entering the location they began the notice a strong odor.  At their pile of firewood the smell was much stronger.  The witness's friend walked behind a bruch pile and came back with a fearful look.  The witness went to go check what scared his friend.  He saw a bigfoot kneeling beside the woodpile and described the creature as having 6 ft wide shoulders and a large head.  He also noticed the bigfoot followed them all the way back to his friends backyard. 

The witness also told of a story his grandparents told him about seeing a bigfoot laying by the side of the road.  The grandparents got out of the car to a horrible smell.  The creature stood up, screamed, and ran back into the woods. 

 

 Browndale Mountain – While ATV riding a Bigfoot stepped out in front of the rider.  The witness is 6’2 and described the Bigfoot as being taller then him with black hair.  The sighting lasted around 20 seconds.

 

Buchanan  – While driving home at 1 am a man saw a creature standing on the side of the road.  The man stopped and returned to where the creature was standing and began to yell at it.  The creature stood up and began to walk towards the man.  The creature was described as having glowing blue eyes.  The man became scared and left. 

 

1 Hour from Cambridge Ohio – A gentleman was working overnight at a frac sight.  Around 3:30 am the man saw movement to his right outside the range of the lighted area near a tree line.  The man assumed it was a co-worker and carried about his business.  The creature watched the man for 2-3 minutes.  The man approached the creature still thinking it was a co-worker and yelled “hi”.  The creature took off into the woods clearing the area of a 2 lane highway in 4-6 steps.  The man returned the next day and found a 10-12 inch track. 

 

Clearfield Pa – A witness and friends who hunt have had several sitings and found several track ways.  All sitings and track ways are in a localized area.  The witness and friends only share their experiences among themselves.

 

Columbia County  -  Early 2000’s.  A woman and her son witnessed a Bigfoot walking on the side of a mountain near their property off of route 642.

 

Dubois Pa  - While hunting on Rockton Mountain a man and his hunting partner who hunt within 300 yards of each other hear 6-7 tree knocks.  They become scared and run back to their truck.  The nearest road, Greenwood Road, is nearly 2 miles away.

 

Fulton County – A teenager claims his sister had a sighting and a friend also had a sighting 5 miles away.  No other details were provided.

 

Game lands 212 – Man describes several experiences involving tree knocks.  The witness is 6’9 and believes the Bigfoot may have confused him with another Bigfoot because of his height.

 

Hunters Lake near Eagles Mear – While night fishing a man observes a large creature walking to shoreline.

 

 

Luzerne County – PSA member Jason has people tell him of second hand accounts of a sighting by night fishermen near Frances Slocum State Park.  A co-worker tells a story of friends who heard bushes shook at them and heard growls while swimming near the 7 Tubs recreation area.

 

Minersville September 2013 - An independent researcher and liason to the PSA has a sighting while driving home from work early one morning.  While passing a field where he often looks for turkeys the witness see's a 5 ft tall black upright figure walking in the field

 

Moshannon State Forest – A man who frequents a hunting camp in the area on his motorcycle begins to hear wood knocks.  He described it as being 4 knocks, a pause, then 4 more knocks.  He also saw a large black object walking on the side of the road.  The object then quickly disappeared into the bush.

 

Noxen Pa – Witness describes a 5 ft tall juvenile Bigfoot while setting up deer stands with a friend. The creature was roughly 75 yards away.  This was the same day The PSA was doing an investigation roughly 10 miles away on the other side of the mountain later in the day and heard of a callback.  The witness remains in contact with The PSA and is a great resource. 

 

Orangeville near Jonestown Mountain – While sitting on a porch swing with her brother the woman hears large grunts.  The creature then begins running through the woods along their property line breaking branches.  The PSA team performed a follow up investigation and interviewed the woman which can be seen in episode 5 of The Sasquatch Diaries.

 

Ridgeway Pa – While night fishing at 3 am, the witness hears several tree snaps and screams.  On his way out of the area a creature 5-6 ft tall ran in front of the witness’s vehicle. 

 

Salix –Beauty Line Park – A man had several experiences over the course of a year in 2010.  While bailing hay later at night the man heard a growl and brush move.  His hunting dog that is not afraid of anything became scared.  Later that night a neighbor’s dog chased a large animal up a tree.  As the neighbor was coaxing the dog back into their truck the animal in the tree threw a rock at their truck.  2 weeks previous while parked in a field with his girlfriend the man heard several growls.  The summer prior while driving the back roads of the area with his friends the man reports snapping branches and screams.  He also reports his friends have heard these screams before. 


Schuylkill County – Brockton Mountain.  The witness sees a large creature and attempts to track it but soon looses the direction it went in.

 

Shawnee State Park – Witness sends The PSA a possible hair sample and print pic.



Shippensburg Pa – A group had a large rock thrown at their vehicle near 11 p.m. while traveling near the Appalachian Trail.


South Williamsport – While hunting in winter with snow covered ground and witness describes hearing a large ruckus near by.  They soon found several large foot and hand prints.  They believe the Bigfoot may have also been hunting and struggling to kill a possible deer or other food source.

 

Sinnemahoning 1972 - A man tells the story of his father and his fathers friend who were fishing on a cold spring morning off of an old logging road.  The road was frozen over in the morning and by the time they returned it had thawed and become muddy.  They found a set of tracks they had to run and jump just to meet the stride.  The man claims his father had people from Penn State come out and photograph/cast the trackway.  The man also said his father heard of an encounter closed by where a possible bigfoot began to bang on the door of a cabin. 

 

Sullivan County -  The PSA has several experiences while investigating state game lands.  This includes several callbacks, broken branches, flipped rocks, a possible print, and something large knocking over trees in the forest later at night.  An employee of The Brass Pelican restaurant also tells a 2nd hand story of a possible Bigfoot climbing on a farmers tracker. 
The employee believes a video of this once existed. 

 

Suscon Pa - A Pittston Township police officer tells the story of responding to a call by an 18 year old male who was taking computer software to his girlfriends.  The 18 year old male describes seeing a large upright hair covered figured crossing the road infront of him.  Another independent witness describes seeing a large white colored creature crouched by the side of the road.  The witness describes catching a glimpse of the figure in his headlights before it ran back into the woods.  This area has been highly active for many years.

 

Tioga County near the Canada Run State Gamelands and Baldwin Run Road - While camping in the area the witnesses states hearing strange noises in the area.  The campers hear screams in the woods and scream back.  The creature making the screams will then make the same scream in return. 

Venango County – Witness and friends have several experiences while turkey hunting including howls and a road crossing.


Westmoreland County – 1972-80. The witness had a possible family of Bigfoot living in the woods behind his house as a child.  The witness describes the family as being 3 older ones and a juvenile.  The Bigfoot family would come into the back field of their house at dusk and eat fruit from the plum and apple trees.  The witness describes the family as hunching down the look like stumps and slowly crawling to the fruit trees.  The witness also describes the Bigfoot family raiding the family rabbit cages, peeking inside the windows of the family house and banging on the side of the family house.
 

West Sunbury – Witness and several friends have a sighting and find tracks while hunting. 



Wyalusing – A shed is slightly moved along with 2 footprints near the shed.
